The highly anticipated Quad Torc Season 9, a prestigious National-level ATV Racing Championship presented by ISNEE Motorsports (Indian Society of New Era Engineers), commenced at the Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec-R Ratibad Campus on 3rd August 2023.

The inaugural function organized on 4th August 2023 was graced by the presence of distinguished individuals, including Shri Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, Chairman of Sagar Group; Mr. Umesh Kumar, Founder & Director of ISNEE Motors Pvt. Ltd.; Dr. Shrikant Patil, Managing Director of CRISP, Bhopal; Dr. Deepak Paliwal, Joint Director of PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education; Mr. Kapil Kumar Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer of Sagar Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd.; and Mr. C. P. Sharma, Managing Director of Daulat Ram Mantena.

More than 400 talented students from 11 teams representing 5 states - Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh - eagerly united to participate in an exhilarating 5-day all-terrain vehicle (ATV) racing event. This thrilling extravaganza put the students' meticulously crafted ATV bikes to the test as they skillfully maneuvered through challenging obstacle tracks, engaged in high-speed racing, conquered treacherous hills, overcame muddy terrains, and showcased their exceptional performance prowess.

The competition featured a unique 15-foot high mud ramp and a 6-foot deep mud pit, designed to challenge the ATVs in completing their mud walking challenge. Additionally, a 1.8-kilometer off-roading track on the campus was created, where the ATV vehicles faced their challenges head-on. The students' ATV bikes underwent a series of rigorous tests, including acceleration/brake test, traction test, kill the hill, mud walker, and suspension test.

This event provided participating students with the opportunity to design and fabricate their own ATVs, showcasing their practical engineering skills and fostering interest in engineering principles among their peers. The primary objective was to offer a platform for young engineers to grasp engineering concepts through practical application and contribute to the growth of the engineering field in India.

From August 3rd to 7th, all participating teams encountered 18 different challenges, including Assemble Dissemble, Brake Test, Mud Walk, Kill the Hill, Drop Test, Traction Test, Technical Inspection, and Endurance Challenge. The teams demonstrated their skills in various ATV challenges, such as towing heavy vehicles with their ATVs to showcase strength and performing jumps on ramps. This competition gained recognition for its exceptional format and awarded the winning teams with prizes of up to Rs 2,00,000.

To ensure fairness and expertise in the judging process, a panel of 14 esteemed individuals meticulously evaluated each round of the competition. Their profound knowledge and experience in the field made them the ideal arbiters for this exhilarating event.
The Quad Torc Season 9 promised an electrifying showcase of talent, skill, and determination as these young racers pushed the boundaries of what is possible in the world of ATV racing.

The prize distribution ceremony was held on 7th August. Distinguished guests included Mr. K. S. Nanda (MD, Indra Engineering Industries) and Dr. Sunil Kumar (Vice-Chancellor, RGPV), along with Mr. Umesh Kumar (Founder and Director of ISNEE Motorsports) who felicitated the winners and applauded their unique initiative.
