Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) conducted an Entrepreneurship Awareness Program at Sagar Institute of Science Technology & Research (SISTec-R) Ratibad campus to promote Startups and Entrepreneurships. MSME is celebrating Awareness Week from 17th to 28th February and is working on Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji's Vision 2020 to attain 5 Trillion Economy.
Asst. Director. Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) Mr. Ram Suresh were the Chief Guest for the day. Honorable Guests Mr. Sanjeev Rana (Asst. Director KVIC), Mr. Christopher Minj (Asst. Director, MSME) and Mr. Gyasi Prasad (Asst. Director, MSME) also graced the occasion with their presence.
The guests were welcomed with a sapling by Mr. Rahul Mishra (General Manager Administration, SISTec-R), Prof. Swajit Singh Goud (Head of SISTec-R Dept of Civil Engineering) and Prof. Ashish Singhal (Head of SISTec-E Dept of Electrical Engineering).
Over 150 students and 25+ faculties participated in this awareness program about various Government schemes and policies for small and traditional businesses. The guests described about various policies, trainings, technical assistance, financial and export related activities for small and micro enterprises.
